# How to fix G HUB stuck on \[Loading Localizations\] or not working after sleep

After your Windows PC wakes from sleep, you may find that Logitech G HUB stops working and gets stuck on the [Loading Localizations] screen.

When G HUB stops at [Loading Localizations], you can recover it by ending G HUB-related processes and restarting the update service.

## Details of the issue where G HUB stops working after sleep

After your Windows PC wakes from sleep, you may see these issues in G HUB.

- Your gaming device lighting does not match your settings
- Your gaming device does not light up
- G HUB does not apply DPI settings, key assignments, macros, or other settings
- When you open G HUB, the progress bar stays on [Loading Localizations] and the main screen does not open

In this state, closing the G HUB window and opening it again does not restore G HUB. It stays on [Loading Localizations].

## How to fix G HUB when it does not move past [Loading Localizations]

When G HUB stops on the [Loading Localizations] screen, quit G HUB from the system tray, end specific processes, and restart the update process.

<Steps>
